Clothing Quality Requirements

  1. Clothing must be in like-new, gently-loved condition and FREE FROM STAINS, signs of wear and tear, and/or other damage. NO "PLAY CONDITION" CLOTHING ACCEPTED FOR 2GO VIRTUAL!

  2. Freshly launder all clothing

  3. ALL-SEASON ITEMS OF CURRENT STYLE AND TREND of less than 2 to 4 years old, in current styles still sold in retail stores.

Shoe Quality Requriements

  1. Shoes must be in like-new, gently-loved condition, FREE FROM DEBRIS, signs of wear and tear, and/or other damage. NO "PLAY CONDITION" SHOES ACCEPTED FOR 2GO VIRTUAL!

  2. Freshly launder or clean all shoes. Yes... sneakers and cleats can go through the washing machine. (Clorox wipes and Magic Erasers work wonders on shoes!)

  3. CURRENT STYLE AND TREND of less than 2 to 4 years old.

Non-Clothing Item Requirments

  1. NON-CLOTHING ITEMS MUST BE CLEAN and free of debris (Clorox wipes and Magic Erasers are amazing!)

  2. Freshly launder all textiles.

  3. Package and/or SECURE MULTI-PIECE TOYS AND ITEMS TOGETHER (use zipper bags and clear packing tape or zip ties, as appropriate).

  4. Battery-operated items MUST HAVE WORKING BATTERIES.

Choosing Clothing Sizes

CHOOSE THE SMALLEST NUMBER SIZE PRINTED ON TAG (examples: If garment tag says "3 - 9 months," select "3 months" from drop down. If garment tag says "8/10", select "8" from drop-down), or select the smallest corresponding girls and boys number size for letters from the chart below (example: If garment says only "XS," select size 4 from drop-down.). This corresponds with how clothing is sorted and arranged online during the sale.
