DROP-OFF INFO & INSTRUCTIONS
🦩The pop-up itself will take place on the MAIN EVENT FLOOR OF THE SALEM CIVIC CENTER (where they have concerts, monster trucks and trade shows). Unloading your car will happen in the annex... backstage area where we held online sale drop-off / pickup in November.
🦩You will DRIVE-THRU, INSIDE THE CIVIC CENTER ANNEX, TO UNLOAD YOUR CAR. Unloading happens at BOTR's pace (5 cars every 15 minutes). Kiddies still in the car. Not outside in the elements! Then, putting your items on the salesfloor happens at your own pace.☔️☀️❄️ Plan to bring a cart, wagon, etc. with you!!
🦩ALL REGULAR SELLERS WILL PLACE THIER OWN ITEMS IN THEIR PROPER LOCATION ON THE SALESFLOOR!! Be deliberate about packing your items and car. This will make drop-off quicker for you and IS SPECIFICALLY A REQUIREMENT FOR MEMBER SELLER EXPRESS DROP-OFF! (Click here to upgrade to Member Seller Status ~ 8 spots remaining!)

Pack clothing and non-clothing in separate boxes or tubs. Everything needs to be contained! DO NOT come with a car full of loose stuff. BIG items won't fit in a box or tub and we understand that.

CLOTHING SHOLD ALREADY BE SEPARATED BY GENDER & SIZE (you too Member Sellers!). Gender neutral clothing is merchandised with boys. If you're really organized, you can separate your items by garment type and sleeve length too. That's how you'll place items on the racks for easiest shopability.

WE RECOMMEND YOU MAKE A CLEAN SWEEP OF IT AND SKIP PICKUP! OUR HAPPIEST SELLERS ARE THOSE WHO DON'T COME TO PICKUP AND DONATE ALL REMAINING ITEMS. They're already out of your house... don't take them home. CHOOSE TO DONATE AND DIRECTLY BLESS THOSE IN NEED!

If you choose not to donate your unsold items, PICKUP IS SAT, AUG 31 FROM 5-8PM ONLY! THIS IS THE SAME FOR ALL SELLER TYPES... Member Seller, Regular and Concierge!!

We will remain open to the public for 50% off shopping during this time.

You will look for your items in their original location on the salesfloor. You know your items and location BEST, as the majority of sellers placed their own items on the salesfloor at drop-off.

Plan to bring a cart, wagon, boxes, tubs, etc. with you.

All items will be checked on the way out, to verify they are your own items.

Absolutely everything remaining on the salesfloor at 8PM Sat, Aug 31 will be available for sale from 8PM+ to qualifying Crew and to the public Sun, Sept 1 from 9AM-1PM at 75% off. This is regardless of discount yes/no indicator. You will be credited with these sales, just like all other sales. However, items originally marked discount no will appear on your sales report as "Non-Inventory Item," along with the price it sold for.

Directly following 75% off shopping, all items remaining will be available for CHIP Charity Shop donation (see below). This is regardless of donate indicator.

Any items CHIP clients don't choose will be picked up by a secondary charity partner directly following.
